How long does the application process take?

Applications typically get processed within 1-2 business days from the day the application is first submit. If you have already submit your application and have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call at (831) 643-9400.

What are the lease terms?

Student housing leases are for 12 months.

How are rooms and roommates assigned?

Rooms are assigned by the site manager based on gender.

What if I don't like my roommate and want to move?

If you do not like your room or roommate ask on site manager for reassignment.

What is the visitation policy?

You are allowed to have visitors between the hours of 7am-8pm. Limit of two guests per visit.

Can I have an overnight guest?

Overnight guests are not allowed. Anyone found to be in violation of this will be subject to a $50 fee.
